On Sebastian Vettel: ''Very fast and accurate. If he starts first in a race it is difficult to stop him.''

Mark Webber, who finished third in the last year's Drivers' Championship, ''Experienced, calm and consistent. It is very difficult to see him fail.''

Alonso believes his former McLaren team-mate Lewis Hamilton is ''a great driver and the fastest of the current Formula One grid'' while Jenson Button ''Has a great instinct for difficult races in the rain or with the safety car. This is a unique talent''.

The Top Three 
Williams driver Rubens Barrichello posted the quickest time on the fourth and final day of the F1 testing at Jerez Circuit. The Brazilian veteran set a time of one minute 19.832 seconds on Sunday. Kamui Kobayashi of Sauber was 0.769 seconds behind, and Fernando Alonso of Ferrari was third fastest in 1.21.074.

Force India plan aggressive approach

Force India has planned an aggressive development program to finish in the top five of the constructors' championship this year.

The team impressively finished in seventh position last season, with a total of 68 points won. Nine top ten starts and 15 points scoring finishes, it was considered their best-ever finish in top flight racing. It was a remarkable step forward for the tight-knit, small outfit team that was created just three years ago.

A week from today, on February 18 and 19, The Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) is gearing up for its maiden major international event of the year - the second round of the GP2 Asia Series.

The second round will be supported by a pair of the region's most popular and professionally run series - the WGA Chevrolet Super-cars Championship Middle East and the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Middle East.
